1. Booking and Appointments:
   • Clients must make advance bookings for makeup services.
   • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the appointment.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   • Clients must provide a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling.
   • The studio reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
3. Payment:
   • Payment terms, including accepted methods (cash, credit card, etc.).
   • Pricing for services and any additional charges.
4. Health and Safety
   • Clients with known allergies or skin sensitivities should inform the makeup artist.
   • Makeup artists have the right to refuse service in case of contagious conditions.
5. Confidentiality and Media Usage:
   • All client information will be kept confidential.
   • The studio may use before-and-after photos and videos for promotional purposes on social media, website, and other platforms.
   • Posting on Instagram or other platforms is solely at the discretion of our PR team.
   • Not every photo or video will be posted; only content approved and selected by the PR team will be shared.
6. Studio Policies:
   • Clients must adhere to the studio’s rules and guidelines during appointments.
   • The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
7. Liability:
   • The studio is not liable for any adverse reactions to products used.
   • Clients are responsible for disclosing any known medical conditions.
8. Intellectual Property:
   • All images, designs, and content on the studio’s website are intellectual property.
   • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Preeti Gera Makeup Academy

1. Enrollment and Registration:
2. • All candidates must complete the registration process to enroll in any course.
   • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm course registration.
3. Course Modifications and Cancellations:
   • The academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty assignments, or course content at any time.
   • Refund policies for canceled classes or changes are outlined herein.
4. Fees and Refunds:
   • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   • If a candidate leaves the course mid-way or is expelled, the remaining fee will be forfeited.
5. Code of Conduct:
   • All candidates are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and decent behavior within and outside the academy premises.
   • Misconduct or disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary actions including expulsion without refund.
6. Damage to Property:
   • Any damage caused by a candidate to academy property will be compensated fully by the candidate.
7. Attendance and Participation:
   • Regular attendance is mandatory. Absences may affect course completion and certification.
   • Candidates must use their own vanity kits during the last two shoots and practice sessions.
8. Photographs and Media Usage:
   • The academy holds the right to use photographs and videos of candidates and their models for social media, website promotions, and other marketing or PR purposes.
9. Course Details and Syllabus:
   • The final decisions on course schedules, faculty assignments, and syllabus content rest with the Director and are non-negotiable.
10. Candidate Responsibility:
    • Candidates are responsible for their personal belongings and well-being.
    • Entering and exiting the academy premises should be done in a manner that does not disturb others.
11. Legal Jurisdiction:
    • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
12. Advisory:
    • Students are advised to thoroughly review all course details before enrollment to avoid any misunderstandings or financial loss.
